Development heritage interpretation sign installed at Bartholomew’s Way, Melton Mowbray.
We have been working with developers and planners to create heritage interpretation signs for new-build housing sites. This sign has been installed at new development by Davidsons Homes on the outskirts of Melton Mowbray. We worked with the client and the archaeological consultants, Oxford Archaeology, to write and design the sign, and had the sign manufactured by Shelley Signs, a company with a long experience of producing robust external signs.
We can work with developers to produce specifications and costs for producing signs, which are essential to meet planning conditions when seeking planning permission. We offer a full service of writing and designing the content based on specialist reports or local history information. We can then recommend sign makers to produce your sign in a range of robust materials that are guaranteed for 10 years against fading due to sunlight.
